Head to the McAuley Conference Center at Mercy Medical Center, 301 St. Paul Place, Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
You can get a full cardiology assessment, diabetes glucose screening, heart risk factor assessment, carotid ultrasound, body mass index check, fitness assessment, nutrition counseling, nutritious food samples, circulation and diabetic foot screening and a cholesterol blood draw. If you get the cholesterol test, fasting is preferred.
You'll also have a chance to ask Mercy cardiologists and others questions.
