Baltimore Pride drink specials at local bars

The celebratory mood of Baltimore Pride is often reflected in nearby bars’ drink specials and themed parties, and this weekend is no exception. Below is a sampling. (You can find more info on this weekend’s festivities here.)

The Baltimore Eagle: From 9 p.m. to close Friday is the Lust Party, the official leather/bear/fetish event for Pride located on the second-floor Nest area. (The $7 cover benefits GLCCB.) The drink special Friday night is $7 Absolut Elyx and Red Bull.

On Saturday, the Eagle will celebrate Pride with a five-DJ dance party and drink specials (all day/night) including $5 Long Island iced teas, $5 Miller Lite tallboys and $15 Malibu or Absolut 32-ounce bucket cocktails. (No cover from 11 a.m to 2 p.m.; $5 cover from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.; $15 cover after 7 p.m.) Sunday’s Pride closing party, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., features a $5 cup of Absolut flavored vodka cocktail or Miller Lite, which can be refilled for $3. 2022 N. The G.A.Y. Lounge: This new bar, housed in the former Ware House 518 restaurant, will offer a $150 bottle service special on Friday and Saturday. On Friday, from 10 p.m. to midnight, rail drinks will cost $5. A “Glow Party” begins 10 p.m. Friday that will also feature a Wet Underwear Contest with $300 in cash prizes. 518 N. Grand Central: From Wednesday throughout the weekend, Miller Lite drafts will cost $3 and Monument City Rye 51 drafts will cost $4. Pride punches, adult snow cones and Jell-O shots will also be sold. 1001 N. Charles St., Mid-Town Belvedere.

Leon’s: Buckets of tropical slushies will be on sale for $10, and the 2-for-1 happy hour special ($5 rail drinks/domestic beers, $6 mid-shelf liquor drinks and $7 premium-cocktail drinks (with exceptions)) will run until midnight each night all weekend.
