This is a delicious, full-bodied riesling with a bit more residual sugar than you usually find in an Alsace white, but its lively acidity balances it out so that the overall impression is dry. This is a wine that shows off the complexity and the clarity of a fine riesling, with flavors of apple, orange, nuts and spices. Unlike most dry whites, this wine will age wonderfully under good cellar conditions and will likely hit its peak in 3 to 5 years.
