The deli will offer catered lunches, as well as breakfast and lunch for sit-in and carry-out customers. The menu will include sandwiches made with Boar’s Head lunch meat, paninis, salads and soups. It will also offer coffee, bagels, smoothies, grab-and-go items and pantry staples. Benalcazar expects sandwiches to cost $8 to $12.
Benalcazar previously owned a sandwich and smoothie shop at the Market House in Annapolis.
“I never knew that that would come back around,” she said.
