Ah, the snack. What else sounds so small, yet plays such a large role in how we eat?

On one hand, we're told we're a nation of bad snackers, whose appetite for processed pick-me-ups has left us overweight and unhealthy. Yet the American Dietetic Association says snacking done right keeps energy up and actually helps control weight.

For our fifth annual Taste reader survey, we'd like to know how you eat between meals. Do you go for healthy fuel, or grab the goodies your co-worker brought to the office? Are you a late-night refrigerator raider, or is mid-morning your prime snack time?

Please take a few minutes to fill out the survey.

We are no longer accepting responses. Look for the results in a coming issue of Taste.
