Chad Gauss brought this toothsome, toffee-flavored crowd pleaser with him when he left City Cafe to open The Food Market in Hampden. Basically an adaptation of a sturdy bread pudding recipe, Gauss' pudding is laced with melted Heath toffee bars, doused with condensed-milk caramel and topped with homemade whipped cream. It's hard to resist.
