OK, they're not really on the menu. But someone, who didn't want to be named, has put together a brilliant version of what he imagines would/could/should be on the menu at Guy Fieri's new "Guy's Bar-B-Que Joint" at the Baltimore Marketplace in Horseshoe Casino.
Johns Chop-kins features "huge, bone-in uppercut pork chops, smoked with a Goodyear Performance Drag Radial tire for twelve hours, fratted with copious amounts of bath salts and puncturing a sweet potato pie. $22."
Serial is "twelve tiny bowls of serial brought to you over the course of twelve weeks. No milk. $6."
Other Baltimore landmarks and notables are also featured, including the SRBLT, Ham-Den and the Omar Comin'.
We love this parody but feel compelled to note that The Sun actually gave Fieri's Baltimore Kitchen + Bar a pretty good review.
