Ratsie's Pizza in College Park will close next year

Mike Falamoun, who owns the College Park pizzeria, confirmed the news, which was first reported in the Washington Business Journal. Falamoun, who also owns the Baltimore Avenue property where Ratsie's is located, said he had entered into a lease agreement with Nando's USA, a Washington-based chain of rotisserie chicken restaurants.
