Bud and Karin Tiffany have spawned a new era for Peter's Inn, a 37-seat restaurant in Fells Point founded by Peter Denzer in 1977. The menu changes weekly and continues to evolve in sophistication, while the atmosphere and nightly routines remain largely the same.
