Bars and restaurants across the Baltimore area are rolling out specials tonight for patrons who come out to cheer on the Orioles in their first playoff game this season.

The American League wild-card game against the Toronto Blue Jays starts at 8:08 p.m. Here are some hot spots to drink a beer and grab some grub during the game:


Alexander's Tavern in Fells Point (710 S. Broadway) will have $2 Natty Boh cans, $2.75 Miller Lite, $3 creamsicle shooters, $4 Birdhouse Ale cans and Henry's Hard Sodas and $5 orange bombs.

Blue Pit BBQ in Hampden (1601 Union Ave.) will extend its happy hour specials for the night, including $2 off all drafts, $1 off wine and $7 Old Fashioneds and Manhattans.

El Bufalo in Canton (2921 O'Donnell St.) will have $7 orange crushes, $7 orange bombs, $15 buckets of beer and $8 wings. The game's sound will be on.

DellaRose's Avenue Tavern in Nottingham (8153 Honeygo Boulevard, Suite A) will have a pop-up bar outside, where starting at 6 p.m., specials will include $3 Bud Light, $5 orange bombs, $1 mystery shots and $1 hot dogs.

Game in the Carroll-Camden Industrial Area (1400 Warner St.) will have $3 Natty Bohs, along with its usual Tuesday specials — $5 bombs, $4 Sierra Nevada, $4 Samuel Adams and a pound of steamed shrimp for $10.

Heavy Seas Alehouse in Little Italy (1300 Bank St.) will offer pints of their regular, year-round beers for $3.50 all night. Patrons who buy a hot dog will receive an orange Heavy Seas hat for free (while supplies last).

Huck's American Craft in Brewers Hill (3728 Hudson St.) will run specials — $2 Natty Boh drafts, $5 orange bombs and $5 orange crushes — from the first pitch until the final out.

Jimmy's Famous Seafood in Dundalk (6526 Holabird Ave.) will give away a free beer following every Orioles home run on Tuesday night. Bottles of Heineken, Tecate and Dos Equis will cost $1 during the game as well.

The Orioles have the edge over the Blue Jays in a few areas heading into Tuesday's American League Wild Card game in Toronto.

Kooper's Tavern in Fells Point (1702 Thames St.) will have the Brewer's Art's Birdhouse Ale for $4, 20-ounce Miller Lite for $5 and $5 orange crushes made with Three Olives Vodka.

Looney's Pub in Canton (2900 O'Donnell St.) will have its gameday specials in place, including $3.50 Coors Light/Miller Lite/Bud Light, $4 Blue Moon, $4.50 Maryland craft beer, $12 orange crush buckets and $18 domestic beer buckets.

Mum's Bar in Federal Hill (1132 S. Hanover St.) will offer game night specials starting at 8 p.m., including all domestic beers for $2, shots of Evel for every Orioles home run, and free dirty water hot dogs.

Mt. Washington Tavern in Mount Washington (5700 Newbury St.) will have $4 apple cider whiskeys, $4 pints of Blue Moon, $6 bourbon crushes and $7 Deep Eddy doubles. For beer, cans of Brewer's Art Birdhouse Ale will cost $3.50 and a bucket of five Birdhouse cans for $16. Finally, the food specials are $8 chicken quesadillas, $10 crab dip, $8 wings and $10 loaded waffle fries.

Mother's Grille in Federal Hill (1113 S. Charles St.) will have $2.50 Miller Lite, $3 Yuengling, $4 Fireball shots and $5 orange crushes for patrons wearing orange.

Myth and Moonshine in Canton (2300 Boston St.) will offer $2 Natty Bohs, $4 orange bombs and $5 orange crushes. The game will be on upstairs and downstairs.


Nacho Mama's in Canton (2907 O'Donnell St.) will have house margaritas and orange crush margaritas for $5.

Peabody Heights Brewery in Abell (401 E. 30th St.) is offering an all-you-can-drink special from 7:30-10:30 p.m. for $25. The deal comes with an Old Oriole Park Beer pint glass to take home.

Skipjack's Restaurant & Sports Bar in Overlea (7703 Belair Road) has canceled its Tuesday trivia for the game and will offer drink specials including $2 Natty Bohs, $12 buckets of domestic beer, $5 Fireballs, $5 orange crushes. Food specials include $5 appetizers, $6 wings, $12.99 single crab cake dinners and $21.99 double crab cake dinners.

Sue Island Grill and Crab House in Essex (900 Baltimore Yacht Club Road) will serve $2 tacos and in-house dinner specials for the game.

Turp's Sports Bar in Mount Vernon (1317 N. Charles St.) will have its usual O's specials in place: $2 Natty Boh tallboy cans, $2 orange shooters and $2 hot dogs. The game's sound will be on.

Wet City in Mid-Town Belvedere (223 W. Chase St.) will off $2 Natty Boh tallboy cans and take $2 off pints, along with food specials ($5 bratwurst with peppers and onions, $6 cheeseburger, $10 wings, $14 crabcake sliders). The game's sound will be on.
