Suzanne Loudermilk's In Good Taste blog reports that Cyrus Keefer has taken over the kitchen at Maisy's, and that Keefer will be debuting his menu soon.

Loudermilk mentions Elizabeth Large's 2009 review of Keefer's efforts during his very brief tenure at Brasserie 10 South. Here's some of what she said:

"This guy can cook. His dishes are imaginative but not overly so. The plates are artistically arranged and prettily garnished with a sprig of Upland cress, perhaps, or a cheese tuille, or a bit of pickled ginger. Most important, the interplay of contrasting and sometimes startling flavors contributes to a harmonious whole."

Here's a link to Loudermilk's post.
