Local Fry has poutine - and kimchi and banh mi, too

Fries are just the beginning at The Local Fry, a new specialty fry shop in Federal Hill. The fries are topped with things like banh mi, tonkatsu and kimchi pork belly. There is a traditional fish and chips, too, and, of course, poutine.
