– Gunpowder Farm Bison lying flat on top of duck fat, a root from the sunflower family, topped with sassafras aioli
The kick-off event scheduled for noon-2 p.m. today at the Inner Harbor Amphtitheatre has been relocated to the 2nd floor of the Light Street Pavilion. Pass it on.
The event, which will be will have celebrity judges and the general public critiquing appetizers submitted by participating restaurants, including City Café, Langermann’s, La Tasca, Mr. Rain’s Fun House, M&S Grill, and Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion. The Mayor is going, why don't you?
