Horseshoe Baltimore is apparently about to get even Guy Fieri-er. The casino's website has begun promoting Guy's Bar-B-Que Joint, a new barbecue concept from Fieri that will join the eateries within the Baltimore Marketplace, the casino's first-floor casual dining area.

Guy Fieri's Baltimore Kitchen + Bar is already -- along with Jack Binion's Steak and Johnny Sanchez -- one of three full-scale restaurants at Horseshoe Casino Baltimore.

Fieri, best known as the host of the Food Network's "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives," has some barbecue up his sleeve. One of his restaurant brands, Tex Wasabi's Rock n' Roll Sushi BBQ, features ribs, brisket and pulled pork on its menu, and Fieri was among the first group of inductees in the Barbecue Hall of Fame in Kansas City, Mo.

The menu at Guy's Bar-B-Que Joint, according to its website, will feature platters of smoked brisket, pulled pork, chicken and Natty Boh bratwurst. Side dishes will include such typical barbecue staples as collard greens, cornbread, baked beans and mac-and-cheese.

Guy's Bar-B-Que Joint will take the place of the Mallow Bar dessert cafe, according to a casino spokesman.
