Four Baltimore restaurants have been recognized for their wine programs by two magazines.

La Cuchara and Woodberry Kitchen made Wine Enthusiast magazine's list of top 100 wine restaurants in America. And Charleston and Cinghiale were awarded three stars on the World of Fine Wine's World's Best Wine List.

For Wine Enthusiast's list, the restaurants were categorized by features and trends. La Cuchara was named in the "New & Noteworthy" category, and Woodberry Kitchen was named in the "Not to be Missed" category. Other categories include "Classics," "Tasting Menus" and "Great Glass Programs."

Wine Enthusiast will honor the winners at a June 27 party at Marta Restaurant, a New York restaurant on the list.

The World of Fine Wine used a panel of judges to determine the 817 restaurants on its 2016 World's Best Wine List. The judges assessed more than 4,500 wine lists worldwide before naming the final one-, two- and three-star winners.

Charleston and Cinghiale, both Foreman Wolf restaurants in Harbor East, were each given three stars, the highest accreditation. They were among 322 restaurants recognized with the top-tier award.
