Fleming's "Month of Discovery" features five Opening Nights

This Septemer has five Fridays. That works out just fine for Fleming's annual Month of Discovery.

Each Friday in September, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar will feature tastings of 20 wines from the new Fleming's 100, the restuarant's award-winning list of 100 wines by the glass. The first four Opening Nights will feature wines availalbe at all of the 64 Fleming's nationwide, and the final tasting will feature event feature selections by each Fleming's local wine ganager and operating rartner

Each tasting evening is $25, and includes a preview tasting of selections from Fleming's new Small Plates menu. Space for this popular event is limited and reservations must be made in advance.

Wednesdays in September are Winesdays, featuring with 25% off any bottle from the new Fleming's 100.  Fleming's unveils new Fleming's 100 in five Friday tastings.

And on Sept. 13, Fleming's annual Month of Discovery Wine Dinner will feature the twin-sister wineries of Silver Oak and Twomey Cellars.
