Six restaurants for Father's Day

Mom gets taken out in May, Dads not so much in June. Could be that's changing. Baltimore restaurants are tempting pops with steak, golf balls, beer and whiskey.

Cinghiale – Families can add to the collection of decorated wine bottles on display here by personalizing a wine bottle in Dad's honor. Bottles can be taken home. The Father's Day menu will highlight steaks, crispy fried vegetables and a unique fried Italian desserts.

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar – All dads will receive a $24 dining card to use for a future visit. Fleming's  will open early (at 11:30 a.m.) and serve a $32.95 ($15.95 for children) three-course menu from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The regular menu will be available all day and evening. Dad's specialty cocktail: the Fleming's Button-Down, Jack Daniel's Whiskey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, maple syrup and a dash of bitters, garnished with a lemon twist $6.95

Mt. Washington Tavern – all dads who dine at the tavern on Saturday, June 18 or Sunday, June 19 for lunch, brunch or dinner will receive a voucher for a free large bucket of golf balls to use at the Pine Ridge Golf Course driving range this summer. Golf-shunning dads can choose a $10 gift card to use at the taven on a return visit. Pops can also enter to win a round of golf for two at any one of the Baltimore Municipal Golf Courses.

Morton's The Steakhouse – The $69 Father's Day menu includes a soup or salad, entree – choice of a double-cut filet mignon with Béarnaise, New York strip steak, Cajun ribeye steak, broiled salmon fillet with beurre blanc, or chicken Christopher side dish – and, for dessert, either carrot cake or Morton's Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake. The à la carte dinner menu will also be available.

Rams Head – All dads will receive a complimentary membership to the World Beer Club, and all of the Rams Head Restaurants will be serving a special brunch menu.

Slainte - Dads get their pints upgraded to "big beers" on Father's Day.
