The Snooty Fox closed on Monday after 29 years. A May 2011 makeover by the Food Network's "Restaurant Impossible" show boosted business briefly at the English-style pub, but sales started slipping badly after the new year, the pub's owner told the Indianapolis Business Journal, which reported the story.
"I went from doing great business until the last four weeks," Queisser told the journal. "It was like someone turned a light switch off."
