The Friday Live review is of the new Miss Shirley's in Annapolis.
Only a few restaurants over the years have tried to make the move from Annapolis to Baltimore. Tsunami and Lemongrass didn't survive long, but Joss Cafe seems to be hanging in there. Other than a franchise operation of Sofi's Crepes, I can't think of any other restaurants that have made the trip from Baltimore to Annapolis.
