Carlos Gomez is the new chef at Grille 700. His entrees show promise, but is the staff and atmosphere ready for some new tricks? Here's the Sunday review. This just about wraps up what was an unplanned review of the original crop of Harbor East restaurants that opened back in 2000 and 2001, a few before Harbor East was even called that.
