You can get six versions of the stuffed rice-and-lentil crepe at the Carlyle Club in Roland Park. I had forgotten. The Carlyle Club is easy to forget. Even the Carlyle Club says so. The Carlyle Club serves the classic dhosa, which it spells dosa, filled with spiced potatoes, onions and lentils; an open-faced version with tomato, onion and green-chili uttampam; and others filled with things like paneer and masala.
