On Tuesday night, 10 regional chefs will compete in a Best Crab Dish contest at the second Crab Bash hosted by the B&O American Brasserie and the Hotel Monaco Baltimore. The event is a benefit for the National Aquarium.
Each crab dish will be judged by both attendees and a panel of local celebrity judges including Baltimore Magazine food editor Suzanne Loudermilk, MIX morning disc jockey Jojo Girard, indefatigable food blogger and chef Dara Bunjon and our own Sam Sessa.
