is at Rams Head Live Friday, and his 80s counterpart Jordan Knightwill be at the Fillmore Silver Spring March 25.
The concert was one of several the venue announced recently, including Guns N' Roses. Knight is touring in support of new album "Unfinished." Tickets, at $35, are already on sale.
Also at the Fillmore: Young Jeezy, who is promoting "Thug Motivation 103." The show is his only in the region; last year, he played Baltimore's Dubai. Tickets, at $30, go on sale Friday.
Alison Krauss and Union Station will perform at the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall April 14. The concert is in support of their album "Paper Airplane," which was released last Spring. Tickets, starting at $85.50, are already on sale.
Two Door Cinema Club, which played Virgin Mobile FreeFest last year, is returning to the area this summer. The band will perform with Clap Your Hands Say Yeah! at Rams Head Live June 12.
Slaughterhouse- the hip hop group, not the New Jersey trash metal band - will perform at Baltimore Soundstage March 3. The band is promoting new album "Welcome to Our House," or, as they spell it, "Welcome to: OUR HOUSE," which will be released May 15. Tickets, at $25, go on sale today. There is also a $100 VIP package that includes a meet & greet.
On Friday, tickets for Jiffy Lube Live's annual country mega country package go on sale. It includes six shows: Miranda Lambert (June 3), Rascal Flatts (June 23), Toby Keith (July 14), Sugarland (July 22), Brad Paisley (August 25) and Jason Aldean (September 8).
Lambert performed at 1st Mariner Arena last week. She will be the headliner of WMZQfest, whose full line-up has not yet been announced. Package tickets start at $129.
