Civil Dining: the proposed language for a rule on tipping

We're getting closer to a final proposal for Rules for Civil Dining.

A proposed tipping rule: Tip

Tipping, as a subject of Civil Dining, is off the table. Simply expect to tip 20 percent, or whatever the going rate is, every time you go out to dine.
