Electronic dance music duo the Chainsmokers, sing-songy rapper Fetty Wap and Towson pop-punk act All Time Low lead the music artists scheduled to perform at the Preakness Stakes' InfieldFest on May 21, the Maryland Jockey Club announced in a news release today. Tickets are on sale now here.
New Yorkers the Chainsmokers and New Jersey's Fetty Wap will perform on the main stage, while All Time Low headlines the Jagermeister second stage. Country singer Chris Janson and Americana artist Corey Smith will also perform on the second stage.
The Chainsmokers are best known for their No. 1 hits "Roses" and "#SELFIE." Fetty Wap burst onto the hip-hop scene in 2014 and soon crossed over to pop audiences thanks to his catchy ode to love, "Trap Queen." All Time Low's recent album, "Future Hearts," debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 album chart last April.
I.M.P., which owns Washington's 9:30 Club and operates Merriweather Post Pavilion, has booked the InfieldFest lineups since 2009.
Previous InfieldFest headliners include: Armin van Buuren and Childish Gambino (2015); Lorde and Nas (2014); Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and Pitbull (2013); Maroon 5 and Wiz Khalifa (2012); Bruno Mars and Train (2011); Zac Brown Band and O.A.R. (2010) and Buckcherry and ZZ Top (2009).
