Bryan Voltaggio is going to be all over Oriole Park on Saturday.
Just before the 7:05 game against the Red Sox, Voltaggio will throw out the ceremonial first pitch, the team announced today.
Then, the "Top Chef" alumnus will sign copies of his new book, HOME, near Gate E and Home Plate Plaza until 7:45 p.m.
Next, the Frederick-based chef, who operates AGGIO and Family Meal restaurants in Baltimore, will prepare his special chili-cheese hot dog with aerated cheddar and scallions at the "O What a Dog" concession stand on the third-base concourse.
All proceeds from the sale of hot dogs will benefit Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry campaign.
The books are $35; the hot dogs are $9.
