Bobby's Burger Palace is opening in Towson on Tuesday. The burger joint owned by celebrity chef Bobby Flay will be located in Towson Square, near the new Towson Cinemark theater.

The restaurant's specialties, according to a release, are "the Crunchburger with double American cheese and potato chips, and the Crunch Salad with chopped vegetables, romaine, crispy tortillas, white cheddar cheese cubes and balsamic dressing."

Sides include things like buttermilk onion rings and French fries with house-made sauces such as chipotle ketchup and jalapeno hot sauce. For a throw-back feel, Bobby's also offers milkshakes and malts.

The restaurant will seat 89 people, including 42 seats at the counter and another 24 at an outdoor terrace.
