Sarah Acconcia, the executive chef at Bookmakers in Federal Hill, is a contestant on tonight's episode of "Beat Bobby Flay."
In the episode, which premieres at 10 p.m. on the Food Network, Acconcia competes against another chef, Tre Wilcox, for the right to match skills against celebrity chef Bobby Flay. The guest judges for the episode, titled "No Formalities," are Sunny Anderson ("The Kitchen") and Food Network veteran Giada De Laurentiis.
Acconcia said that episode, which was taped in March, will be shown tonight at Bookmakers, and she will be making some surprise dishes. No reservations are necessary, and the viewing is open to the public.
