A: Switch out the college basketball teams for Cheseapeake craft beers and hold it in September.
The second annual Estrada Design/Build Chesapeake Beer Madness takes place at Park Place Annapolis Sept. 30 from 6-10 p.m. Sixteen local beers will face off, March Madness-bracket style, while area bands Swampcandy, E. Jospeph and the Phantom Heart, Eureka Birds and Skarkey & the Hammerheads perform. The event is presented by What's Up? Media. Tickets are $25 and on sale now online and over the phone at 410.267.9390, with a $10 option for designated drivers. All proceeds go to local charities of the What's up Foundation.
