Baltimore restaurants serving Thanksgiving dinner

With Thanksgiving fast approaching, Baltimore restaurants are ready to save patrons the trouble of cooking their own turkey dinners (and cleaning up after the meal). A number of them, some of which are below, are open for the Nov. 24 holiday. Many have limited hours, and most require reservations.

In Annapolis, Baroak Cookhouse & Taproom at the Loews Annapolis Hotel (126 West St.) will serve a Thanksgiving buffet from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. priced at $35 for adults and $18 for kids. Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant (1906 Towne Centre Blvd., Suite 238) and Chart House Restaurant (300 2nd St.) will also be open on Thanksgiving Day.

Blue Hill Tavern in Canton (938 S. Conkling St.) will offer a three-course prix-fixe menu on Thanksgiving for $39.99 per adult and $9.99 per child. Also in Canton, Mama's on the Half Shell will be open from noon to 2 a.m.

Regi's American Bistro in Federal Hill (1002 Light St.) will serve a prix-fixe Thanksgiving dinner for $31.

In Harbor East, Charleston (1000 Lancaster St.) is taking reservations between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. For $79, guests can choose two courses along with "family-style" sides and dessert. Nearby, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar (720 Aliceanna St.) will open on Thanksgiving at 11 a.m. serving a prix-fixe Thanksgiving menu for $39.95 per adult and $19.95 per child. The Oceanaire Seafood Room (801 Aliceanna St.) will be open from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Roy's Hawaiian Fusion (720 B Aliceanna St.) will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. serving a three-course Thanksgiving dinner for $39.95 per person. And Wit & Wisdom (200 International Drive) will serve a three-course Thanksgiving meal, available from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at $85 per adult and $40 per child under 12, with a $45 optional wine pairing.

Several steakhouses in the Inner Harbor will be open on Thanksgiving. The Capital Grille (500 E. Pratt St.) will serve Thanksgiving specials alongside its regular menu. Morton's the Steakhouse (300 S. Charles St.) will be open from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thanksgiving. And Sullivan's Steakhouse (1 E. Pratt St.) will serve a Thanksgiving dinner for $39 per person from noon to 8 p.m.

Multiple Ruth's Chris Steak House locations, including those at the Inner Harbor, Annapolis, Odenton and Pikesville, will offer a three-course Thanksgiving dinner for $39.95, or $14.95 for kids, from noon to 8 p.m.

Rusty Scupper at the Inner Harbor (402 Key Highway) will serve a Thanksgiving buffet from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for $49.95 per adult and $26.95 for children under 10.

Mt. Washington Tavern (5700 Newbury St.) will open at 1 p.m. on Thanksgiving offering a full dinner menu and special Thanksgiving buffet. The first floor will serve the regular menu until 11 p.m., and the buffet will be available on the second floor from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at $26 per person or $12 for children under 12. Dessert is available for an extra $4.

In Mount Vernon, The Elephant (924 N. Charles St.) will serve Thanksgiving dinner from noon to 8 p.m., offering a traditional three-course meal for $55 or $70 with wine pairings. Nearby, Marie Louise Bistro (904 N. Charles St.) will offer a three-course Thanksgiving meal.

In Howard County, Tersiguel's French Country Restaurant in Ellicott City (8293 Main St.) will serve a four-course prix-fixe dinner for Thanksgiving at $59 for adults and $30 for children. And the Elkridge Furnace Inn in Elkridge (5745 Furnace Ave.) will offer three-course meals for $48 or four-course meals for $57. Children ages 5 to 10 dine for $22, and kids under 5 eat free.

In Baltimore County, Cafe Troia in Towson (31 Allegheny Ave.) will open at 2 p.m. for dinner, serving its regular menu and a $40 Thanksgiving prix-fixe dinner ($12.95 for kids ages 3 to 13). Cinnamon Tree restaurant at the Hunt Valley Inn (245 Shawan Road) will serve a three-course Thanksgiving meal for $22.95 per person. And in Reisterstown, Ristorante Firenze (2 Hanover Road) will open at 5 p.m. Thanksgiving night.
