Meet your new Baltimore food trucks: Greenhouse Cafe, Road 2 Seoul and the Little Gypsy

Jon Parks, Tony Leung and Eric Lee operate the new Road 2 Seoul food truck

Two new rolling cafes have joined Baltimore's food truck fleet. They were both parked on Thursday at Baltimore and Greene streets, a regular spot near the University of Maryland.

Greenhouse Cafe serves organic Mediterranean food like falafel, hummus and stuffed grape leaves. The sole owner is Sophia Chafik, who recently moved her truck over from the Washington, D.C. area. The cafe's Twitter account is @greenhousescafe (note the extra "S.")

Road 2 Seoul is a first-time effort from three young men with restaurant experience. The introductory menu focuses on authentic Korean barbecue dishes. Korean BBQ beef -- marinated rib-eye medallions with onions and mushrooms -- and honey-glazed chicken are available either in a bowl or box, whihc comes with a small side salad. A pork dish is on the way. The Twitter account is @road2seoul

And on Friday, Gypsy Queen Cafe new baby truck, the Little Gypsy, will debut near St. Paul and 33rd streets. Little Gypsy for now will be sharing the original truck's  Twitter account -- @thegypsytruck.
