Bagby Pizza Co. will open its next restaurant this year in Owings Mills with a concept that mirrors its original location in Harbor East rather than its quick-service spin-off in Pikesville.
The restaurant's next location is coming to Foundry Row, a $140-million development at Reisterstown and Painters Mill roads. Construction on the space is scheduled to start this month, and the restaurant is expected to open in November serving thin-crust pizzas, salads, sandwiches and desserts, according to the Bagby Restaurant Group.
Initially the Owings Mills location was expected to take after Bagby's Pikesville location, with an assembly line counter and both signature and custom pizzas. Instead, the restaurant will be modeled after the original location, still a fast-casual restaurant.
Other restaurants coming to Foundry Row include Panera Bread, Zoe's Kitchen, Smashburger and Nalley Fresh. Greenberg Gibbons and Vanguard are developing the mixed-use center.
