Mr. Rain's Fun House: Fall menu

Mr. Rain's Fun House, the restaurant in the American Visionary Art Museum, is sprucing up for fall. It's pretty spruce already, though.

Starting Oct. 6, chef Bill Buszinksi is rolling out an opening-weekend chef's tasting menu inspired by the harvest season and the AVAM's newest annual exhibition, All Things Round: Galaxies, Eyeballs & Karma. The tasting menu is $35 for three, $40 for four, and $45 for all five courses. The restaurant has announced its Halloween plans, too -- the Trick of Treat Brew Ball, which will feature a $45 five-course, six-brew tasting menu, available both in the dining room and at the bar. Costumes are highly encouraged for the Oct. 31 event.

The weekday Business Class Lunch Deal and weeknight Starving Artist Happy Hour are still in effect, too.
