Che Corrado Cunningham, 26, of Lake Worth, is accused of taking pictures of women in restrooms at Florida Atlantic University, police said.

A 26-year-old Lake Worth man is accused of video voyeurism for allegedly recording women using a restroom at Florida Atlantic University, campus police said.

Che Corrado Cunningham was arrested about 2:30 p.m. Friday and was being held in the Palm Beach County Jail on a $10,000 bond, records show.

According to the arrest report, FAU police received an anonymous tip just before 2 p.m. that a man was taking pictures of women by pointing his cellphone under the walls of the bathroom partitions.

It happened in the women’s restroom of the College of Business building 86, at 777 Glades Road, Boca Raton. Police found Cunningham in the women’s bathroom, the report said.

Officers asked him to unlock his phone so they could see the images and he complied, but when officers saw several galleries of images of women in restrooms, Cunningham tried to delete the files, investigators said.

Officers took his phone and placed it in evidence before the files could be deleted, police said.

Cunningham graduated from FAU in December and no longer attends or works there, university spokeswoman Lisa Metcalf said.

He was fired Monday from his job as a substitute teacher with the Palm Beach County School District. He had been a substitute teacher since September 2016, said district spokeswoman Julie Houston-Trieste.
