President Trump demands results, sets good example | Letters

John Kelly, who was sworn in July 31 as White House chief of staff, told Scaramucci that morning that he would be replaced. (July 31, 2017)

Who are these partisan individuals on your South Florida 100 panel? In the latest edition, Anna Fusco (president, Broward Teachers Union) and Eleanor Sobel (former member, Florida Senate) whine about White House staff turnover. The president demands results, and if someone cannot get the job done or displays incompetence, they are fired.

This begs the question: Anna Fusco, when was the last time a Broward County teacher was fired for incompetence? This does not happen, does it? They are only fired for committing criminal acts or when not showing up for work. So, maybe Ms. Fusco could learn a lesson from the president and get rid of the non-performers.
