What was the hardest lesson you've learned so far?
"Allowing others to take me off my focus and losing faith at key points in my life. That has made a difference in falling or moving to a higher level."

What's a fact about yourself that will surprise people?
"I'm really a shy person, and I'm a softy. Not that I can't be stern and hard and disciplined, but I'm really a softy."


What do you do to relax?
"Working out for me is a form of relaxation. I love to go to the movies. I like the Landmark Theatre. I get popcorn and a glass of wine."

Your (other) dream job would be ...
"To be an ambassador to an African country."

What's on your playlist?
"'Suit & Tie,' by Justin Timberlake. Some of Adele's songs. I have a whole variety of oldies as well."

What is your favorite book?
"Purpose Driven Life."

What's your favorite vacation destination?
"Key Biscayne outside of Miami."
