During the latest Baltimore heat wave, Sun Photographer Jed Kirschbaum shot a wonderful photo of a Boxer sipping from a water fountain in Patterson Park. Inspired by that and what lengths pets go to stay cool in such heat, The Baltimore Sun's Unleashed blog asked readers to send in their best shots of dogs beating the heat -- or not -- for the My Pet is Soooooo Hot contest.
