More traffic pattern changes are coming this week amid the ongoing construction on Interstate 95 in Baltimore, according to the Maryland Transportation Authority.

Starting Tuesday morning, all northbound traffic will be shifted to the right — with a work zone on the far left — between Caton Avenue and Russell Street, the MdTA said.

Starting Thursday morning, all southbound traffic will be shifted to the right — again with a work zone on the far left — between Interstate 395 and Caton Avenue, the MdTA said.

The new patterns will be in place for six weeks, the MdTA said.

They are part of a two-year, $64 million project to replace concrete decking and roadway joints along I-95 and its ramps in Baltimore.

The changes are dependent on the weather, the MdTA said.
