David Simon, the creator of the HBO series "The Wire," which celebrates its 15th anniversary this year, is back with another one.
HBO has released the trailer for the filmmaker's latest show and sixth project with the television network, entitled "The Deuce," which explores the sex industry in New York during its pivotal beginnings in the 1970s.
The show, which stars actors James Franco and Maggie Gyllenhaal, debuts Sept. 10.

Simon tweeted out the trailer Wednesday night, hinting that "The Deuce" is not for the timid — or at least, not for his mother.
"18 years at HBO and I think I finally made something my mom can't watch. Dorothy Simon, look away," he tweeted.
