Justin Tucker's reality-show-worthy marriage proposal

Justin Tucker's proposal to his longtime girlfriend Amanda Bass had it all: a stunning view of the Inner Harbor, a performance by famous musicians and a runway flanked by scores of flickering candles.

Add in shiny good looks of the Ravens kicker and the soon-to-be Mrs. Tucker, and the photos captured by team photographer Shawn Hubbard look like they could be stills from a season finale of The Bachelor.

The couple was finishing dinner at Wit and Wisdom at the Four Seasons Hotel in Harbor East on Nov. 1 when Tucker slipped away, saying he needed to visit the restroom, according to The Caw blog on Ravens.com.

Bass was then "escorted up" to the hotel's pool deck, supposedly to share a special dessert with her beau.

Tucker had asked his good friends Alex Gaskarth and Jack Barakat from the Timonium-based band All Time Low to play "Marry Me" by Train (Note to guys: Being friends with pop stars can really add a lot to a proposal).

The candles, which were placed by Union 3 Event Productions, made Bass, who wore a curve-hugging black lace dress, look all the more radiant.

She said yes.

Tucker told The Caw he was struck by Bass' reaction to the ring, or, rather, her lack of reaction.

"I thought the best part of it was that she didn't even look at the ring," Tucker said, according to the blog. "I just hope she likes me and continues to like me."
