When you're a Super Bowl champion, millionaire NFL quarterback, you can pick out a pretty awesome Christmas tree — elite, even.
So where did Joe Flacco go to get the evergreen to adorn his home? A Baltimore County fire house.
The Chestnut Ridge Volunteer Fire Company on Saturday posted on its Facebook page a photo of the Ravens quarterback and his son visiting the fire house to purchase a tree.
The Facebook post read: "Thanks to Baltimore Ravens Joe Flacco for stopping by our firehouse with his family to purchase a Christmas Tree! Whether you have a Super Bowl ring or not, please come by and support the Chestnut Ridge Volunteer Fire Company 500!"
While a tree may be pocket change for Flacco, the fire company secures about 20 percent of its fundraising through the tree sale, according to a recent interview with WJZ.
The fire house, located off Greenspring Road in Baltimore County, planned to sell about 250 trees this season, volunteers told WJZ.
No word on how elite Flacco's Christmas tree ranked among other trees on the lot.
