Remember how everyone threw on all their purple and hauled their spirited selves down to the Harbor Monday to see the Ravens off?
Well, the "Today Show" folks are hoping at least some of them will be back there Friday as they film live to show off Baltimore's Super Bowl pride.
Natalie Morales will be representing the 'Today' crew at the Inner Harbor amphitheater from 7 to 10 a.m. while Al Roker does the same thing from San Francisco.
They'll want to see screaming, passionate fans of purple. Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake will be interviewed. And Morales, lucky lady, will also get a taste of Baltimore.
There will be Utz Crab Chips, Natty Bohs, Berger cookies, Heavy Seas beers and Old Bay for her to try, as well as dishes from area restaurants. We hope she's hungry. Restaurants bringing their mainstays will include:
Rusty Scupper: Crab cakes, cream of crab soup, Smith Island Cake and steamed crabs.
B&O American Brasserie: Local oysters on the half shell, steamed local clams, Maryland-style fried chicken, crab mac-n-cheese and a Hail Mary cocktail crafted by the president of local Bartenders' Guild.
J. Paul's Harborplace: Baltimore steamed shrimp, Maryland crab soup, Old Bay wings, crab dip and crab deviled eggs.
The Prime Rib: Greenberg potato skins and crab imperial.
The National Aquarium might make an appearance -- possibly in the form of a diver who can do an underwater Ray Lewis dance. The national TV audience needs to see that.
