"Today" show weatherman Al Roker is storming (sorry) the country this week and Baltimore is one of his next stops.

According to NBC, Roker will come to town on Thursday as part of Rokerthon 2 (their name, not ours).

"At the inaugural Rokerthon last year, Al set a Guinness World Records title by delivering the weather live for 34 hours straight. This time, he's going for another record," according to today.com.

That record? The fastest time reporting the weather from all 50 states. He's shooting to cover the map in on week.

To be fair, it's not just a ratings stunt. Rokerthon 2 supports Feeding America, which combats hunger.

Rokerthon 2 launched Nov. 6. On Thursday, along with Baltimore, Roker is scheduled to appear in Arlington, Va., and Washington, as well as cities in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.

And you thought your commute was rough.
