Now even the tiniest tots can get in on the Zumba craze. The dance-fitness company's newest class, Zumbini, is aimed at ages 0-3 and their caregivers. The music and movement class is focused on child development and bonding rather than fitness, but 45 minutes of jumping, clapping, drumming and dancing will get anyone's heart rate up, especially if holding a baby, says local instructor Maribeth Livingston.

Taught by certified Zumba instructors, the 10-week Zumbini sessions are held at several locations throughout the Baltimore area. The average cost is about $160, which includes a book and two CDs of all original music. To find a class in your area, go to zumba.com.
