Pebble-lantern craft

No indoor or outdoor tent is complete without a proper camp lantern. Once lit, the glass pebbles will cast a fun glow in your tent and you can enjoy lighting up the night with you child!

And because this uses a battery-operated tea light, there are no candles to worry about. (You can use this same method to decorate votive holders, too.)

Materials:
Mason jars
2-3 small bags of decorative glass pebbles in various colors and sizes (can be found at craft stores)
Hot-glue gun and glue sticks (Always carefully supervise use of the glue gun – it gets hot!)
Battery-operated tea light

Directions:
Clean jar and dry completely.
Starting from the bottom, attach pebbles to mason jar with a dab of hot glue on the back of each pebble. Work around and up until the entire jar is covered.
Once pebbles are dry, put light inside and secure lid.
