Port Discovery offers free admission for 'Community Day of Play'

Port Discovery Children's Museum is offering free admission on Friday for a Community Day of Play.

The museum said it wants to show support for Baltimore.

"We invite everyone in our city and beyond to join us as we come together as a community and create positive memories as One Baltimore," the museum said in a release.

The event takes place from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 35 Market Place. Admission is first-come, first-served and is limited by the museum's capacity. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

General admission is usually $14.50 for ages 2 and up.
