A four-course meal and four cocktails for $45? Sign me up!
Guy Fieri's Kitchen & Bar restaurant at the Horseshoe Casino will offer a four-course dinner next week, paired with cocktails from local company Blackwater Distilling. The dinner, part of the casino's Signature Dining Series, will take place Tuesday at 7 p.m.
The menu consists of: antique deviled egg, vodka-poached shrimp cocktail and tempura fried frog's leg for the first course; rum-braised pork belly Monte Cristo, rum mustard and sugar cane-dusted chips for the second course; venison meatball, rum sauce, and house-made pasta for the third; and a free-standing honey vodka sundae for the fourth.
The meal is a considerable deal when you take into account that cocktails are typically between $10 to $12 at the restaurant. A meal of this size would be around $60.
