Graphic designer Illiah Manger, 30, extends her sense of aesthetics beyond professional and into personal, when it comes to fashion. The Catonsville resident describes her style as "boho chic," as exemplified by the outfit she wore to Fashion's Night Out at the Intercontinental Harbor Court Hotel. She started with a black faux wrap dress by Petticoat Alley from Macy's that featured a large graphic tan bow printed on one side of the skirt. She added black Carlos Santana slouch boots from DSW and a taupe linen Patrick Robinson jacket with hook-and-eye embellishment she'd bought at Target a few seasons back. Her Nine West snakeskin wristlet was a Marshalls find, and her gold open wire open hoops came from "a little store in Rehoboth." She bought her gold evil eye necklace in Greece.
