Netflix today stealthily announced the premiere date for all of Season 3 of its acclaimed original drama series, which is filmed in and around Baltimore (and yes, often inside The Baltimore Sun building).

Netflix made the announcement via a 12-second video teaser on Twitter and Facebook. Titled, "A special message from the White House," it shows Mr. and Mrs. Underwood (Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright) boarding an airplane we can assume is Air Force One (spoiler alert: Underwood is now President Underwood).

As of 1 p.m., that video tweet, via @houseofcards, had been retweeted more than 12,000 times.

"House of Cards," which launched in 2013, has filmed in and around the city since Season 1. Production on Season 3 was delayed until the summer to allow for the show's producers to come to agreement with the Maryland state government over tax breaks for filming.

Good thing they could agree on terms — no one wants to anger Frank Underwood ... we're sorry, President Underwood.
