President Underwood announces Season 4 premiere date for 'House of Cards'

As Republican presidential hopefuls debated Tuesday night on CNN, a fictional president made a big announcement.

President Frank Underwood announced via the "House of Cards" Twitter account that Season 4 of the filmed-in-Baltimore Netflix series will launch March 4.

"It's a new day in America. #FU2016," the tweet reads.

"America: I'm only getting started," Underwood declares in a campaign-style trailer.

Last year, "House of Cards" also announced the start of Season 3 via a "special announcement" on Twiter. Robin Wright, who plays First Lady Claire Underwood, was recently nominated for a Golden Globe as Best Actress in a Drama.

Kevin Spacey, President Underwood himself, was snubbed for a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actor in a Drama this year, despite winning last year. If you know anything about Underwood's scruples, you should be very afraid for whomever wins that category.
